History

Edwards Sheet Metal & Fabrication was originally incorporated on September 17th, 1959 as a machine shop and was mainly involved in Defense contracts. International Aero Hardware was started in 1994 as a distributor and exporter of aerospace fasteners and developed over the years a worldwide customer base in the Aircraft industry. On July 19th 2005, International Aero Hardware, Inc purchased the assets of Edwards Sheet Metal & Fabrication and incorporated into Edwards Sheet Metal, Inc. Effective January 1, 2012 the two companies merged into a newly formed corporation called E.S.M Aerospace, Inc.
To this day, our main focus is on the commercial aircraft industry. The new company is continuing to pursue an aggressive business plan, including certification for AS9100, Lean Manufacturing and heavy investing in new machinery and equipment. Activity is evenly distributed between sheet metal, CNC and conventional machining and the distribution of aircraft fasteners. The company continues to enjoy a strong reputation for quality workmanship and good relationships with our customers.
